The innovative EnergyMate product is a leading automatic voltage regulator designed to control the voltage levels delivered to your electrical infrastructure.
Voltage regulation is a mature, efficient, cost effective technological response to rising electrical costs. EnergyMate allows commercial and government enterprises to take greater control of their electrical consumption, power quality, energy costs and greenhouse emissions.
EnergyMate responds instantly to changes in power supply and demand. Managing each
phase independently, the technology provides advanced control and regulation of the power
delivered to your plant and equipment.
ENRAMS is a 100% Australian owned business and during its’ first four years developed the
EnergyMateTM in response to the growing energy supply issues in Australia that has resulted in
increasing energy operating costs to business.

ENRAMS focus on a three-year payback period to fully recoup the capital cost of the EnergyMateTM
through energy savings achieved. If this three-year period cannot be met during our preliminary
assessment of a client’s site, ENRAMS will not recommend installation of an EnergyMateTM.
The EnergyMate’sTM in built data monitoring capability provides a cornerstone for a suite of products
including:
MoniMate: Data logging and monitoring system. If required this is extended to sub-circuit monitoring
of key parts of a sites infrastructure such as air conditioning. The system provides reporting, alarms
and alerts and can be used as a basis for a building management system.
ChiloMate: a specialist temperature monitoring system for fridges and freezers which negates the
requirement for manually recording of temperatures and provides reporting, alerts and alarms via the
MoniMate system. The system can be expanded to provide controls over defrost cycles.
LumoMate: A specialist area lighting management system that can be used to control lighting to area
such as car parking, street lighting etc.
Repair & Maintenance
An additional benefit of reducing continuous high levels of voltage supply comes from the improved performance of lighting and machinery. The damage to equipment and lighting as a result of high voltage levels has been extensively documented.
Similar significant reduction in the operating life of pumps and motors is also experienced under high
levels of voltage.
Whilst significant savings are achieved through energy savings, additional savings from reduced repair
and maintenance costs are also realizable. These come from lower lighting and equipment replacement
costs, reduced labour charges and importantly, reduced capital equipment replacement costs from
unscheduled stoppages.
